We recently began Phase 2 of Braces under the care of Dr. Vaysman . Our daughter , now 11, had a successful Phase 1 at 8 / 9 years old. Since our very first visit, we have had an excellent experience at this office. Dr. Vaysman is patient, friendly, obviously great with children, and takes the time to explain the procedures. The billing is straightforward, and the staff is adept and courteous. While we often visit after school and the office is busy, we’ve never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes to be seen. Dr. Vaysman was recommended to us by our pediatric dentist and we are very happy we chose her for our daughters orthodontic care!
Dr. Yaysman is thorough, patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. She was kind and calm when working with my children. She even called to follow up on my son after his palate expander was installed! Her staff is also great. They’re friendly, collaborative, and patient as well. The office uses a point system, in which the patient can redeem points for tangible items. I highly recommend Dr. Vaysman.
Dr. Vaysman and team provide the highest level of care and service in a friendly and pleasing office environment. Never in a rush, they’re always happy to speak about options and provide information. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist ! Highly recommend. 11 out of 10. And dog friendly.
